I want to hire you! What do I do?
Fill out the inquiry form on the Contact page! This will not book me or officially have you on my calendar but this gets us way closer. To officially be on my calendar, a 50% retainer fee and signed contract is required to officially book a session.
Where are you located?
I'm located in Baltimore, Maryland. But, I'm open to traveling for my clients!
What's the process?

What are your methods of payment?
After I send your invoice, you can pay using credit, debit, or ACH payments. If you'd prefer to pay through a different method, let me know at ayelanjemedia@gmail.com
How do I pay my remaining balance?
Once your retainer is paid, if you chose not to pay the full price at the time, there will be an invoice sent after the retainer payment. This payment must be made 48 hours before our scheduled session. If you'd prefer to pay through a different method, let me know at ayelanjemedia@gmail.com
How long do you have our photos & videos backed up for?
The online gallery link will be available up until a year after your session. Between that time, it's best you find a place to archive your photos as well.
What do we do when your prices are above our budget, but we love your work?
Don't hesitate to reach out! Photographs are important, you want the best. We can discuss and figure out how we can condense your needs into a package that won't include all the usual offers but will meet your needs while maintaining your budget.
What if we go overtime on the day of our shoot?
That happens! Sometimes we're on such a roll and sometimes a grace period is needed and causes a late start. In that case of running late, kindly contact me, there's a 15-minute grace period. Anything beyond that, I'll be sure to let you know if any fees are to reflect the delay.
What if I need to reschedule?
As long as it's 3 days or more before our scheduled shoot, you can let me know at ayelanjemedia@gmail.com. Anything less than 3 days may require an adjustment fee and re-booking or leasing of any necessary permits, talents & transportation.
